multiple user license on a server.

We have an off-line registration, which makes activating a license excruciating. We added a new user and now my license has expired???!!!   The console is installed on a server but i'm not the only one who will be migrating data.  Now I have to go through the process again.  and every time someone else needs to do a migration.

    There is a known issue for this issue for multiple users using the same machine/vm the Content Matrix with using offline activation.  It has been submitted to dev and hopefully this is resolved in a future release
