Connect to SharePoint Database option error - Error trying to retrieve the SharePoint version from the database. Message: Cannot open database "model" requested by the login

Hi Team,

I am migrating SharePoint 2013 On premise site collection to SharePoint Online using Content Matrix - SharePoint Edition 9.0.0.1 version.

For connecting source site using 'Connect to SharePoint Database' type. However, it is giving below error. Account used for connecting to Source SharePoint Database having db_owner permission.

Also, SharePoint 2013 On premise site collection Database copied to Azure DB Server and successfully restored (SQL Server 2012- 11.0.7462)

Error trying to retrieve the SharePoint version from the database. Message: Cannot open database "model" requested by the login. The login failed.
Login failed for user '<domain>\<account>'.
