Im using Content Matrix to move data from eRoom to SharePoint Online but its working very slow. Due to current situation with Corona my network team is not able to assist. I'm just wondering if there is away to play with the tools settings to speed it up - meaby do not migrate permissions but only meta data?

I would recommend what you suggested to modify the job parameters to remove any items that would cause additional slowness such as permissions. Note also that due to the COVID-19 outbreak there is currently additional throttling applied to migrations. You may find an equivalent message in the Message Center of the online tenant (admin.microsoft.com/.../Home
