Content Matrix Application Event Logs location

Can someone point us to the location of the Content Matrix Application logs, please? We are talking about these

  • Windows Event Viewer category (we could not find it)
  • Event Logs with Stack traces if app crashed, for example.

We know about the migration job logs. But are there any other logs that exist?

    Hi Denis, 

    Content Matrix sometimes creates a crashlog.txt or NoncrtiticalError.txt file.

    They are located in "c:\programdata\metalogix" or "C:\Users\your_username\AppData\Roaming\Metalogix\Content Matrix Console - SharePoint Edition" folders respectively.

    Very rarely does Content Matrix write events to the Windows Application Log. If so, it i usually licensing related. In which case, the Source column name is Content Matrix.
