What happens when we copy items from source list to destination list with extra required fields?
if migration fails what are the other options without changing the list .

Thank you for reaching out via communities, if in the case the option is not available to change the list you can follow the following KB article referenced below which includes a transformer which can be applied during the migration configuration which should set that required field to optional, then back to required once the item has been added on the fly.
