Where are my reports stored after they complete?

    Hi Frances,

     

    Scheduled ControlPoint reports can be sent to email distribution lists and/or posted to a SharePoint document library as a PDF, Excel or CSV file. Individual data sets within reports can also be saved as SharePoint lists for use in creating dashboards. All of which are configured in the Schedule section after initiating and specifying the parameters for a ControlPoint operation.

     

    On the other hand, live reports can be exported to any location as either a PDF or Excel file.

    The only report I am getting is attached. Although it says it ran and completed, I never get it. And the documentation is really horrible for this software. I have read it all and cannot find anywhere details of how to save it to SharePoint. Anyway I have it sent to me but I never get it.     Unfortunately, I do not see any attachment to your last post. Please make sure to click the paper clip button to attach the file.

     

    On the other hand, you may refer to the link below for steps on how to schedule a ControlPoint job. Steps 5 and 7 discuss how to specify the output type (e.g. PDF) and how to specify the distribution details (e.g. email recipient), respectively.
