    Hi Eric,

     

    What permission does the affected user have in SharePoint and ControlPoint Online?

    Hi Cyrus, The account has Elevated admin permissions on SharePoint On-Prem SharePoint admin permissions on SPO How do I determine permission on ControlPoint Online? Thanks. Eric Robinson O&M SharePoint

    Hi Eric,

     

    You may access the ControlPoint default groups by navigating to the ControlPoint Configuration Site > Site Settings > People and Groups.

     

    May I know which site collections are not being displayed in the ControlPoint application? If possible, can you please provide a screenshot of the console?

    Hi Cyrus, The account is listed under ControlPoint Online Owners. Many site collections are missing Screenshot attached. Please note that we have site collections that are hundreds of GBs in size. In fact, one is over a TB but is not shown on the pie chart. While hovering over the pie chart, is shows https:/etsorg1.sharepoint.com/teams/rd as 142.65MB when it’s well over 400GB. Also, the site collections do not populate when clicking on the hierarchy folders. Thanks, Eric Robinson O&M SharePoint
