off line licensing

Do you support DAT style licensing still (metavis did). I need to license a copy on a private lan with no communication with the internet and also no way to transfer information from the private LAN to the internet. So the typical licensing scheme through a browser copy/paste scheme will not work for us. I need a completely offline license key AND license file (not tied to a workstation). I already have a DAT license for one copy but recently purchased additional copies and need this same set up to install them properly
