Hello Warren,

Here is a link to download the most current version of ControlPoint
>> www.metalogix.com/.../controlpoint

Select the installer you need - example "ControlPoint for SharePoint 2013" - the most current version is 7.5
Download the installer onto the WFE where you plan to either install or upgrade you current version of ControlPoint

In regards to size - 261 MB
