You recently updated our license for Steelcase to allow for the added frontends we needed for migration to O365. I'm getting the attached error on our end now. What do I need to do on the server end to update the license? This is a SP2007 farm. Thanks.

You must reactivate your license key. To do so, follow the steps on the KB Article

Hi John,

You can find it on the server where the ControlPoint was installed by navigating to Start>All Programs>Axceler>Manage ControlPoint Licenses.

If you can’t find it, you may need to upgrade ControlPoint to the latest version. Click on the link below to download the installer:

Hi Bianca,

Our current install of ControlPoint is v4.1. The download link you provided is to versions 7.4 and 7.5. That install doesn't recognize the existing install and only prompts me to start a new install. Is there any way to just get our current config licensed with the added front-ends and not upgrade? I need the old data and don't want to create a new database. The whole point of this is to get off of SharePoint 2007 anyway. We don't need to upgrade it on this farm. Thanks.

The new key will only work for the newer version of ControlPoint. What I can do to further help you is to open a case for you.
