We run a report "Comprehensive permissions" against a site, when we select "Include List Items" the reports come out after three hours and when we download a completed report there are some lists and libraries missing there. Can you please advise how to bring them in?
Also while navigating through menus sometimes the tree under hierarchy doesn't load, it just keeps spinning.

a. Schedule the report to run at a later time
