    Hi Warren,

     

    Please refer to the steps below on how to create a Customer Portal account:

     

    1. Navigate to the Customer Portal page -- metalogix.force.com/.../.
    2. Click on “Create an Account”. 
    3. Fill out the requested information, then click “Submit”.

     

    Note:

    • Allow up to 1 hour for account creation.

    • Check your junk email if account information is not received within an hour.
