If we do not renew our service contract what are the consequences?

We have a metalogix essentials service contract, we are likely to move to another product as we've had too many issues maintaining essentials. How will this impact our use of the essentials in the future?

  • An expired or invalid service or support contract will not affect the functionality of a Metalogix product. However, you will need to renew it prior to getting assistance with any technical issue.

     

    In addition you wont be able to update to a new version of the product with an expired or invalid service or support contract.
