Some files are missing after migration from BOX to OneDrive

After some users migrate from BOX to OneDrive, some files are missing in the new cloud drive.
The migration end report did not report errors.
There is only the warning of queued files but the overall result is: successfully
Why are they missing?

Thank You

  • Hi Fabio,

For migrations that use Azure Turbo Mode, Essentials for Office 365 will upload the content to an Azure Storage account and then the Azure Migration API will complete the migration. Items will show as "queued" in Essentials when this happens. The content may not have been migrated from the Azure API yet which is why it may not show up in your migration target. To get more details, you can refresh the logs in Essentials and it will update the status of the content in the logs. If you used the Microsoft Provided storage, the Azure logs are purged on a regular basis and may not be available to update the content status.
