StoragePoint installation issues

I'm installing StoragePoint on SharePoint 2013 in preparation for an upgrade from 2010 all the way to 2016.  I'm installing 5.9.1 and using the "StoragePoint 5.9.1: SharePoint Upgrade Using Metalogix Solutions (2010 to 2013)" guide. I've installed the product on the server, entered the license, and then connected it to the StoragePoint database I restored from 2010.  The next step in the process if for me to go into StoragePoint on the 2013 platform to ensure jobs are stopped prior to connecting to the cloned BLOB store.   However, I do not see StoragePoint options in Central Admin.  I've looked in Application Management (which is where it resides in 2016), General Application Settings, System Settings, etc.  Is there something I need to activate to get these options to appear?
