Non Trust Migration Issue

Hi,

I am using QMM 8.11 and am having an issue migrating domain to domain without a trust. Migration of users and groups works fine however when I attempt to process the machines with RUM I get the following error:

Warning: Log path \\x.x.x.x\QuestResourceUpdatingLogs$\ is not accessible. Error 0x0000052E. Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

RUM processing works fine when I use the domain administrator accounts in both the source and target domains but fails with the above error when I attempt to use a different domain admin account, I was told that Quest could perform trustless migrations and I have ensured my client of this so I am confused and concerned about this problem.

I'm afraid this is probably going to need more investigation than we could take on through the forum, but definately, you should do some research in the documentation regarding trust less/no trust migrations. There could be a quick answer there for you.

Other than that, I suspect the issue is that there is no connection to the RUM console from the workstations. Is the RUM Console in the source? I would say that's where you'll have the best luck.
