Non Trust Migration Issue

Hi,

I am using QMM 8.11 and am having an issue migrating domain to domain without a trust. Migration of users and groups works fine however when I attempt to process the machines with RUM I get the following error:

 Warning: Log path \\x.x.x.x\QuestResourceUpdatingLogs$\ is not accessible. Error 0x0000052E. Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

RUM processing works fine when I use the domain administrator accounts in both the source and target domains but fails with the above error when I attempt to use a different domain admin account, I was told that Quest could perform trustless migrations and I have ensured my client of this so I am confused and concerned about this problem.

    You may want to physically check the permissions to the share on the console, and ensure your service accounts in both sides have access. Also, if there is no connection to the console, a net use (using service account) to the share can accomplish this.
