Attribute did not migrate

I have an attribute that did not get migrated or synced even though I've confirmed it isn't skipped. The attribute is houseIdentifier. 

I don't see an error in DSA log either.

Any idea why this attribute isn't going over to the target?

    I'm trying to migrate the attribute from dev to QA, but for some reason, the attribute is not synced after migration. One source table is not included in DEV, but it is still there in QA. If you look at the screen capture - QA, you will see taht LV_VNDR_Aging table is there, but you don't see it in the object in DEV.
