Migration Active Directory 2008 to 2016 [Quest Manager for Active Directory]

Hello!

I using Quest Manager for Active Directory version 8.12. I would like migrate Active 2008 to 2016 and I have computers with Windows XP.

Question 1 : It's possible with this Quest Version ?

Question 2 : It's possible with computer with Windows XP.
