Jeff....If you dont mind, Need to clarify one thing.
in forest A we have exchange 2010 and ad objects and we will migrate ad accounts to forest B where there is no Exchange. and we will use quest to sync mail attributes from forest a to forest b
once everything moved then we will start sync them to office 365 using AAD from forest B.
in that case whether we can migrate mailboxes directly from source.forest A to Office 365 tenant. (Note : planned to use Quest only to sync attributes from forest A to B)
You can still migrate the mailboxes directly from the source Exchange 2010 environment to Office 365. I'm not clear on what from the above you're needing clarification on?
