DirSync Error 0xe9100081. Task Handler, cannot connect to directory Error 0xe1000005. Internal DSA error

Hello,

I'm getting the following error on the DSA.log

Error 0xe9100081. Task Handler, cannot connect to directory
Error 0xe1000005. Internal DSA error

I did not have any error when configuring the DSA with the source Account, 

The source account has all the privileges

Any Idea

Thank you
