I'm trying to get in touch with sales/support, send my contact details from the Quest portal. Up until now, no response! I also couldn't find any phone # at all, I'm located in the Netherlands. Does anyone know why they don't respond and where I can find contact details for my location (email or phone)???
If you download a trail, your contact info will be recorded and someone should reach out from there.
I thought my contact details were already recorded since I've downloaded whitepapers and was added to the community page. Start the trial counting of 30 days from the install date or download date?
I have downloaded the trial also requested pricing information, no response yet from Quest sales or any other department. This is very surprising, unlike this forum which works well!
