Quest CCU not working via VPN but working for LAN

Hi All,

I have been trying to see what is the issue for a few days and am confused as to why this the CCU is not working when on VPN but working on LAN.
I have even allow full access for a particular IP (bi-directional rule) across the firewall but no matter what I do, the migration via VPN will stil fail.
The symptom that I have is that there will be a pop-up, asking user to enter the credentials in AD and once entered, nothing happens and that dialog box dissapear.

I have increase the logging (looked up in google for the changes) and once more, the logs are also puzzled.
I have compare the logs between a working (via LAN) and a non-working laptop (via VPN), and the difference that I can see is....

I was hoping if there is someone here who could advise me what is actually wrong.
