Users experience extreme outlook sluggish issues when the sync job runs.

Hello,

Current setup : Exchange 2010 SP3 RU14
Windows 2008 R2
Outlook in online mode

Customer would like to migrate to office 365.
Dell migration manager 8.12 is installed and mailboxes are being copied to office 365
Users experience extreme outlook sluggish issues when the sync job runs.
When the sync job stops , users do not experince any issues.

Request you to please recommend any known steps which can resolve the issue.

    The issue here is that Outlook is in online mode. I would not recommend running this with on-prem Exchange nevermind Office 365. Outlook online mode makes the client hyper sensitive to bandwidth availability.

    If you need to operate in this manner for some reason, I would recommend scheduling your agents to perform their copying during off hours only.
