Users experience extreme outlook sluggish issues when the sync job runs.

Hello,

Current setup : Exchange 2010 SP3 RU14
Windows 2008 R2
Outlook in online mode

Customer would like to migrate to office 365.
Dell migration manager 8.12 is installed and mailboxes are being copied to office 365
Users experience extreme outlook sluggish issues when the sync job runs.
When the sync job stops , users do not experince any issues.

Request you to please recommend any known steps which can resolve the issue.

    Ajit, the second article you cite does not apply to a "...to Office 365" scenario as you are using the MAgE agent. The article is in reference to the legacy agents.

    Given your situation, as I said before, I would recommend scheduling the data copy to occur only after business hours.
