Users experience extreme outlook sluggish issues when the sync job runs.

Hello,

Current setup : Exchange 2010 SP3 RU14
Windows 2008 R2
Outlook in online mode

Customer would like to migrate to office 365.
Dell migration manager 8.12 is installed and mailboxes are being copied to office 365
Users experience extreme outlook sluggish issues when the sync job runs.
When the sync job stops , users do not experince any issues.

Request you to please recommend any known steps which can resolve the issue.

    Your Outlook performance is not related to the use of the tool. So regardless of the version of Migration Manager for Exchange and your clients are not using cached mode you will see performance degradation when you increase the amount of calls to the exchange server.

    In response to your question with regards to your business specific requirements I recommend contacting your Account Manager for further assistance since.
