Problem
The Quest Migration Agent take 15/20 minutes to connect and causes delays in task`s such as Matching, Migrating and switching users’ mailboxes. Error is: An error occurred during authentication. Please try signing in again
Issue
Upon, Tracing the Request through fiddler, there where are number of HTTP request to CRL sites. These connections were timing out, from the Microsoft Online Sign In Agent.
Resolution
Allow HTTP access to crl lookups
