Restricted users unable to access Job History after Netvault 11.4 upgrade

Which privilege allows restricted users to view the  Job History page? I can access as a full administrator, but we have several restricted users that are not full administrators.

When trying to access the page, the users receive "Error: Database query failed".

    Thanks, but the accounts already have those privs. I've opened a SR and support has confirmed they're able to reproduce the issue. The only accounts able to view the "Job History" are the built-in standard NV "admin" and "default" users.
