This is a NetVault Backup 12.2 Product Release Update course which offers an extensive introduction to the new features and functional enhancement incorporated into NetVault Backup 12.2, which has addressed several key challenges to enterprise data protection.

What’s New in this Training Release?

Included in this release are the following improvements or enhancements:

• NetVault Backup 12.2 Release Update focuses on key enhancements to an already robustly featured NetVault 12.1. Please see the corresponding Course Outline for details.

Intended Audience

Customers, Partners, and Employees involved with NetVault Backup installation, configuration and/or daily administration.

This course is approximately 30 minutes.

For employees to take the training:

In order to access the course, there are the following requirements:

• Internet Explorer 10 or 11, latest version of Mozilla Firefox or one release back, latest version of Google Chrome or one release back, and Apple Safari 6.2 and above are supported browsers
• You might have to disable your browser’s pop-up blocker temporarily in order for simulations and solutions previews to launch properly.

Follow these steps:

• Go to https://training.quest.com/qlc and if prompted, authenticate with your Quest network credentials.
• Select Technical Learning Center from the drop-down menu and click Submit.
• From the Courses tab, use the Search function and type one of the following:
  • TT-NetVault Backup 12.2 Product Release Update-Web-based Training
• If you are already enrolled in a curriculum that contains this course, select Launch Course. Otherwise, select View Information > Register > Register and Launch.
