Dear all,
we recently purchased New HP MSL3040 Tape Library, and we currently using NetValut Bacup software Version 11.2, kindly conform both are have compatibility, and we getting error while tacking backup " Failed to write header"
in details log showing "Unable to get length of media" see the attached screen shot. Help us to resolve this issue.
