Netvault Plugin for Domino - not completing or not releasing TXN log extents

Hi there

I have a Domino server configured with DAOS and Archive Transaction logging and is using the Domino Netvault Plug-in.

I'm a Domino Admin so can RDP to the server itself, but have no access to any remote netvault management console.

Problem is that over time, the backup appears to fail and the Netvault software is not releasing the transaction log files. I'm looking for advice one where to start troubleshooting. The only log I really have access to is the Domino log.nsf and this contains absolutely zero information regarding the backup status - as you might expect..

I can also get to the Windows server Event Viewer but this doesn't seem to contain any errors about the backup either.

Any pointers would be greatly received.
