    Thank you for posting to the Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) forum. I understand you are experiencing issues with the NotesDTApp.exe, which is also known as Self-Service Desktop Migrator (SSDM). I have a few questions to better assist you:

    1.) Are there any error messages when you try to launch the SSDM application?

    2.) What version of Windows are you using to launch the SSDM application?

    3.) What version of Outlook is installed? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

    4.) What version of the Notes Client is installed?

    5.) What version of Microsoft .NET is installed?

    6.) Is there any antivirus software installed?

    7.) Are there any errors in the Windows Event Viewer, Application log?
