Migrator for Notes to Exchange - version 4.15.1.297

When trying to migrate from Notes to o365 we have had a few successes first but now each time we run the Quest tool it removes the cached credentials for the outlook profile and we get an error of "8874-94-20-8004011d Unable to open the mapi profile's default mailbox"

We can see that the credentials are removed from credential manager in control panel

Can anyone help please

First upgrade to the current release 4.16.1 and try again. Office 365 is a fluid platform so the current release may solve your issue. If the issue persists, open a support case.
