Migrator for Notes to Exchange - version 4.15.1.297

Hi

When trying to migrate from Notes to o365 we have had a few successes first but now each time we run the Quest tool it removes the cached credentials for the outlook profile and we get an error of "8874-94-20-8004011d Unable to open the mapi profile's default mailbox"

We can see that the credentials are removed from credential manager in control panel

Can anyone help please

    Thanks for posting to the Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) forum. I understand that you are experiencing issues with credentials and opening the target mailbox. Can you try using File Explorer to navigate to the %TEMP% directory, delete the "MNETokenCache.dat" file, and try running the migration again?
