Unable to migrate owner for shared mailbox 'xxx@xxx'

I'm trying to migrate data from a Notes Mail-In Database to Office 365.
On O365 it is still a User Mailbox (it wasn't converted for Shared Mailbox yet) but I get the error:

Unable to migrate Owner for shared mailbox 'xxx @ xx'

Any idea why this error?
