Unable to retrieve domain list for O365

Hello Community,

I had installed Quest MNE 4.16.2.74 to migrate from Domino 10.x to O365. Pre-requisite check is showing all check as green/pass, however while doing the configuration and providing the credentials in Exchange Server (Office 365) section the domain list is not getting retrieve and displaying error - Unable to get hosted domains. Please check the administrator user name and password.
Credentials are checked, tested / verified by Pre-requisite checker and via browser login.

Please suggest:

1) Possible cause for issue.

2) Where working logs could be checked for this action?

The Admin account needs to be Global Admin.

Account in use is having global admin role.
Also, TLS 1.0 & 1.1 are disabled on Quest MNE machine. Still same behavior, unable to retrieve domain list from M365.

Are you by chance using the MNE Admin Pool feature? I did find this recent KB article that may be related to the issue you are experiencing:

If the issue continues, then we would recommend creating a new Service Request here, as the logs that would need to be reviewed may contain confidential information that should not be published in a public forum.
