Japanese characters

We are migrating some Lotus Notes Databases with Japanese characters and they are not shown in the console and after a test not all Japanese characters are migrated. Do you have a solution for this?

Please try starting the Notes client on the migration machine and opening up the source database. Do the Japanese letters display correctly?
If not, the local OS and Notes client need to be configured to work correctly with these characters. If this is done, it is very likely that MNSP will migrate these characters as desired.

After configuring Local OS and Notes client everything is displayed correctly.
