Migrate notes document to Word 2013 document

Dear All,

We are trying to migrate some Notes documents to SharePoint Online document library in .docx format using NMSP 6.14. But after the migration, it seems although the format of the generated file is .docx, it is actually a Word 2007 or 2010 file and asks for the compatibility mode to be switched on when it is being opened in Word(Office 365 suite).

Can anyone suggest how to solve this?

Thanks in advance.

  • Hello Rajdeep,

Thanks for posting to the Migrator for Notes to SharePoint (MNSP) forum. I understand you are using Migrator for Notes to SharePoint (MNSP) to migrate to the Word Target Data Definition and are looking for Word 2013 formatted documents as the result. Currently, MNSP only provides a Target Data Definition to create Word 2007 based documents. I will check with the product team to see if supporting newer version Word documents is on the roadmap. I will let you know as soon as I have additional information.
