Large Database Migration to sharepoint online

Thank you for posting in the Migrator for Notes to SharePoint (MNSP) forum. I understand you have questions about migrating a large Notes application database. There are many factors involved in determining how long it will take to migrate such a Notes database, especially when migrating to SharePoint Online, but I will try to give you some tips for best performance:

1.) Migrate outside of business hours for the region of the target Office 365 tenant. The following blog post discusses SharePoint Online throttling:

2.) Use the Azure Turbo Mode feature of MNSP:

3.) The following KB article discusses generic MNSP performance and optimizations. When migrating to SharePoint Online the Azure Turbo Mode is used in place of the Quest Import Service to improve performance:
