Just to confirm, does the SharePoint list already contain existing data, or is MNSP migrating to a new (empty) list?

Hi Trevor, 

SharePoint list contains existing data .For Empty list I don't have an Issue .

We have 13783 records and almost 90 columns .

Thanks for the update and additional information. To clarify, are you stating that there are 13783 list items with 90 columns in the existing SharePoint list?

How many records are in the Notes application that you are trying to migrate to this existing SharePoint list?

You mentioned that you created an index using the Title column, I am not sure that this would be sufficient to workaround this SharePoint list view threshold. The following Microsoft KB article provides steps to create an index to workaround this issue and provides a list of suggested indexing column types at the bottom of the page:

However, in the end, you may find it better to create a new list in SharePoint Online for the Notes data, as adding to an already large list is likely to get more complicated as the list continues to grow.
