If an administrator wants to know when users last changed their passwords, they can look it up using this report.
For example, if a user logs a help desk ticket stating they can’t log in to Office 365, and the user doesn’t remember changing their password. The administrator can use this report to see if (and when) the user did, in fact, change their password.
The report also includes is a chart that shows the usage locations of accounts. After all, some organizations may have different policies in different regions. So, maybe a user in a certain location is required to change their password more often than someone in other locations.
