Thanks for posting to the On Demand forum. In order to use the "Sign in with Microsoft" option, consent must be granted for On Demand to be able to use your users' tenant for authentication. If your user is unable to grant consent to On Demand to allow authentication against their tenant, then your user can create a Quest account using the highlighted link below:
