"Job was not completed. An unknown error occured. Check agent logs." - Where are they?

Getting this error when running a read and match only workflow.

"Job was not completed. An unknown error occured. Check agent logs."

Since I have no access to the server running the ODM AD Agent I need to provide them with the path to the logs, which I have not been able to find in either the documentation or the knowledgebase.

Could anyone help me out with this?

Edit: I'm unable to reply to comments for some reason :O Been unable since I started this thread, anyhow:

  Neither our source or target agents have that the Files folder anywhere within the On Demand Migration Directory Sync Agent folder.

Any other ideas? :O
