Migrating personal OneNote

ODM OneDrive does not support the migration of Personal SharePoint Lists or SharePoint subsites, lists and libraries added to a user's OneDrive. The content migration is not supported if the user's OneNote is in one of those locations.

Hi Randy Rempel  - by default, OneNote will store its notebooks in user-my.sharepoint.com (aka OneDrive), in the /Notebooks subfolder. For all I know, this is migrated as part of the OneDrive migration for every user, right? (Of course, notebooks can be stored anywhere, including locations we don't migrate, as you mention.)
Also OneNote may not update the file location:
support.quest.com/.../does-odm-migrate-a-user-s-onenote-files-as-a-part-of-onedrive-data

Note: There may also be an issue granting consent to OneNote of the account used for granting consent has never logged on to OneNote or is not licensed to do so:
support.quest.com/.../error-granting-consent-for-teams-migration-aadstsxxxxxx-the-app-needs-access-to-a-service-https-onenote-com

Peter.Mendelsohn   Just fyi, that same consent error will also happen if the destination tenant has not fully provisioned OneNote - which amounts to at least one user creating a OneNote.  That sounds like an edge case, but it will happen if the user/customer is using refresh (blank) Microsoft demo tenant.
