We purchased Quest One Demand license for M365 tenant to tenant migration and I am using Quest On Demand tool for migrating few Source M365 tenants to a Target M365 tenant. And currently I am migrating a user's Archive mailbox which is around 462GB and I created a task for this Archive mailbox migration.
However, if I look at the events for this task, I see that, the task got stuck with the message "Waiting for Microsoft Azure to send the response back, An internal server error occurred. Try again later" .
And the task got stuck with this message for the last 10hrs. I checked one article and found that if there is throttling on the Source M365 tenant and I increased it for 30days.
But I still see that the task got stuck with this message.
Is there anything I need to look at? How this issue can be resolved? The already took more than 36hrs and still got stuck with this error message.
