Migration fails O365 -> O365

I have been dealing this below error message when performing O365 migration, source tenant is ok and mailboxes are still online, also destination tenant is up and running. Sometimes migration is recognizing "Est.items" and is actually doing migration over 70% but then it fails for same error msg, and sometimes it will stop at very beginning of migration.
