Support for Administrator account used.

As I understand it correctly while creating the connections for Source and Target O365 we would need a Global Admin role account which also contain application impersonation role assigned on Exchange online. In our company we have two separate accounts one with Global Admin role and other with Application Impersonation role assigned to it. Is there any way through which we can use two accounts while migrating the mailboxes from one M365 domain to another.
