One of the most popular questions we receive from our partners, is about how to access a summary of partner training completions. While the information does exist at the user level on the transcript page of our Partner Learning Center, there was no easy way for account administrators to get an overview at the account level, until now! We have recently made Accreditation and Certification completions visible to all users from the Account Profile page in Partner Circle. This valuable new feature brings a scalable answer to this legitimate question. Be sure to check out the new format of the ‘Account Profile’ page in the partner portal. You can now view a list of Accreditations & Certifications completed by your organization in the “Program Information” section.
