Maintenance renewals are a vital lifeline to our mutual end-customers and for this reason, renewal bookings count toward Partner Tier determination. Quest operates a renewal model that keeps us close to the incumbent partner to collaborate on the vast majority of renewal activities.
The Quest Renewals Team exists to track renewals and engage with the partner in the renewal process. Partners should leverage this valuable resource when needed to reduce/eliminate the risk of non-renewals and customer churn. The Quest Renewals Team can assist in positioning Prepaid Maintenance options (PPM) and other scenarios.
