What’s New in Partner Technical Training
Over the first half of the year, the DP | Training team has built and updated a number of technical and certification classes available for partners.
To take advantage of the pre-sales technical accreditation curricula or the services level certification curricula, you have two options:

- A new Rapid Recovery Implementation level services certification is available for partners. RRIP0417PE Rapid Recovery Implementation – Practical Exam was introduced to take a partner beyond the administration track.
- A new KACE SMA/AMA Core Implementation – basic setup & initial configuration services certification is now available featuring the following courses and tests:
